1. Sales Terms & Conditions

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final once an order and/or deposit is processed. We design and order our equipment specific to each customer’s needs. Equipment orders require full payment upon delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty

All equipment includes a one-year warranty unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any shipping or freight fees associated with warranty work.

Inspection and Acceptance

Upon delivery or pickup, you are encouraged to inspect the equipment thoroughly. Payment of the balance and accepting delivery is considered acceptance of the equipment in its current condition.

Cancellation and Refunds

Orders are final and non-refundable once placed. In the event of a cancellation after a specific cut-off date, deposits may be non-refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

Changes to Orders

Any changes to the order affecting the total cost must be agreed upon in writing. Balance adjustments will be made accordingly. Changes to orders may increase shipping costs and delivery timelines.

2. Payment & Delivery Details

Payment Terms

Deposits or partial payments may be required at the time of order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup.

Delivery Timelines

Products in Stock: Delivered within 7–14 business days.

In-Stock Freight Items: Delivered within 7–20 business days.

Special Order / Out-of-Stock Items: Delivered within 6–12 weeks.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to supply chain disruptions or carrier delays. We will communicate promptly about any delays.

3. Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

Warranty Work

Repair & Return Authorization

All returns for repair require an RMA number. Contact [email protected] before shipping. Items without an RMA will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

If your shipment arrives damaged:

1. Contact [email protected] within 24 hours with photos.

2. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

3. We replace items only if defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us for assistance.
